Where Craft meets design...

Warli  Art

We offer a variety of Warli artwork in the form of hand painted envelops, pottery, frames, handkerchief sets, pillow covers, table mats, etc.

Warli art has a tradition stretching back to 2500 or 3000BC.These are basically extremely rudimentary wall paintings, which use a very basic graphic vocabulary; a circle, a triangle and a square. The circle and triangle come from their observation of nature, where the circle represents the sun and the moon while the triangle is derived from the mountains and pointed trees around them. Only the square seems to obey a different logic and appears to be a human invention indicating a sacred enclosure or a piece of land. This art form being a depiction of the day to day life of tribal people in western part of India, the vocabulary is very simple, easy to understand and relate.

We use this art in creating a variety of artifacts so that they create a special place in your heart and your home. Today our "Warli artwork" is known among the art lovers for its uniqueness and authenticity. Our artists also work hard to make every artifact a visual delight wherever you place them.
